BSECARS is a multi-brand new car retail platform. Depending on the transaction, BSECARS may facilitate
vehicle sales, procurement, quotations, finance assistance, insurance facilitation, RTO coordination,
vehicle transportation, accessories and related automotive services.
1.4 Manufacturer / Dealer Relationship
The availability, allocation, specifications, warranty, invoicing and delivery of a vehicle may involve a
vehicle manufacturer, authorised dealer or other supplier. Where a third party is responsible for a particular
service, that service remains subject to the third party’s applicable terms and conditions.
1.5 Changes to Terms
BSECARS may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published
on the website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after an update may constitute
acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
